HISTORICAL BACKGROUND

In 2000, the decision was made to open the doors to the public to display our craft, the brew house, and our tasting room at the heart of the malting plant dating back to early 19th century.
This genuinely authentic room, testifying our brewing past experience, will welcome you not only for guided visits during week days and week-ends but also for a nice on-the–spot experience, precisely where the beer is manufactured. A pleasant stop on your way along the newly restored ramparts, this is a unique occasion to meet your friends or family during the week-end in an unusual environment, to taste a Binchoise beer with an open-faced sandwich (we call it ‘tartine’) filled with cheese, among other specialties.
Our boutique will offer you a variety of special items bearing the brewery’s label, making a unique and original gift idea.

A new leadership team settled in 2001, replacing André Graux and Françoise Jauson as top managers. Under the supervision of a Board of Directors made up of Production Manager Bruno De Ghorain, an engineer and brewmaster, Christophe Wanty and Jean Fadel, La Binchoise brewery is committed to exploring new ways to increase its sales in a spirit of continuity and well-established quality.
